Physmed’s “Where You’re Family” Charity Golf Tournament
On September 1, 2011 Physmed Home Health Care is hosting our inaugural, “Where you’re Family!” annual golf charity event. Physmed has chosen to sponsor the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging (ENOA) for this inaugural event. ENOA is a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to take care of the elderly when they are in need. For more information please visit ENOA @ www.enoa.org.
This event will be a (4) person scramble with all proceeds going to ENOA. Join PHYSMED HOME HEALTH CARE on September 1, 2011 at Indians Creek Golf course as we help raise money for the Eastern Nebraska office on Aging.
What: It’s a 4 Person Scramble!
Where: Indian Creek Golf Course located at 3825 North 202nd Street Omaha Nebraska 68127.
When: September 1, 2011 at 12:00pm
Cost: $400.00 per Four some includes 18 holes of golf with cart, 2 drink tickets and dinner.
